Risk Register

A risk register is a tool in risk management and project management. It is used to identify potential risks in a project or an organisation, sometimes to fulfil regulatory compliance but mostly to stay on top of potential issues that can derail intended outcomes.

This template supports a standard formal risk management process to identify, qualify, and monitor all risks.

Risks are plotted against a standard 5x5 Risk matrix, both for the initial assessment and the residual risk assessment.
